Managed and facilitated combined Lean Six Sigma and Value Innovation workshops with cross Regional Senior Executive teams for all disciplines related to Undistributed Overhead Expenses, resulting in an overall re-organization of our structures at Divisional, Regional, Area and Hotel Complex levels; re-definition of our Cost and Charge Out models, Sales, Marketing, PR and Revenue Management organization and processes and multiple spin off projects which went Corporate. The project involved over 60 executive stakeholders across the different regions: North West Europe, Iberia, East Central Europe, Italy and Central Mediterranean, Middle East, Africa and the Indian Ocean.

Part of the initial Starwood Trainer team to take on and rollout the Six Sigma Methodology globally. Specifically responsible for the rollout of the program in EAME, acting as lead coach in multiple hubs, consisting of 1 week sessions aimed at ALL Middle Management and Executive Committee hotel associates and 3 week sessions aimed at the training of Starwood Black Belts and Green Belts. 30% of the rollout training was dedicated to Six Sigma tools and process, 30% to Best Practice identification and transfer and 40% to Leadership and Team Building development.
